This Privacy Policy explains how DNA San Bernardino (the "Downtown Neighborhood Association," "DNA," "we," "us," or "our"), in partnership with CityWay Community Economic Development Corporation, handles the information you share on dnasanbernardino.org and when you register for our events. By using this site, you agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions.

We only collect what we need to run the association and stay in touch:

  • Registration details — the event you signed up for, party size, role, and any notes or preferences you add.
  • Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (like device and general location) when you visit the site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment card details on this site.

  • To confirm your registration and send event details, reminders, and updates.
  • To coordinate cleanups, community meetings, and other DNA activities.
